Frequently Asked Questions
Is anything about my deadlines behind a paywall?
No. Permit, document, driver-credential and filing-period alerts are free on every plan, in the app, by push notification and by email. A tool that charges for telling you a medical card is closing is not a tool worth trusting with the date in the first place.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep what you paid for until the end of the billing period you paid for, including if the card fails the morning after.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays where it is, on the free plan, and you can still reach every record you entered. Plans decide what is offered next; they never decide whether you get your own paperwork back.
What payment methods will you accept?
PayPal: all major cards and PayPal balance, with the card details never leaving PayPal. Nothing you type into this site touches a card number.
